Best place for video games. They have a gamers club membership for $30 that saves you around 20% per game. I saved so much money buying my games here for Christmas. I also bhai ought my laptop here and added Geek Squad. They were great whenever I had a problem with my lap top. They have a lot of staff and there is always someone walking around that is willing to help you.
Everyone was helpful in finding the items that I needed. The store is kind of tucked away inside South Hills Village, so access is a tad out of the way it feels, luckily there was no traffic on the Wednesday night that I went. Clean store, and good visit.
Solid Best Buy where employee and nice and generally calm, even around the holidays. It's a big store and the layout is nice. Guy who helped me get a new phone was extremely friendly and made the upgrade a seamless transition.
This Best Buy is filled with friendly people and good bargains. They recently refurbished the store, so things are likely not where you last looked. Lots of space now, and plenty to help.
I went into this Best Buy about 50 minutes before closing time knowing what I wanted so I could be in and out. There were still a few customers in the store and at least 10 employees standing around doing whatever they do. Now I did know what I was looking for but the store looked completely moved around so I wasn’t sure of where anything was, so I just kind of looked lost. Made eye contact with at least 5 employees that gave me zero acknowledgment. Finally I walked up to two employees who were on their cell phones and asked if anybody works here? Got a couple questions answered, but for the most part it was like pulling teeth. Will not be returning to that store ever again. No customer service skills or any knowledge in regards to the products they are selling. Horrible experience all around.
