Lowe's has some of the best customer-service representatives I have ever dealt with. I can name a few by their 1st name Jimmy bow-tie out standing customer-service professional friendly gets to know people by name . Then you have .Connie. Bill C. And Dave L.All of whom have gone out of their way to help me . They will make recommendations on products they will explain how things are Assembled. I continue to go to this store Because the people there are so wonderful
Ed Thompson in flooring really did an excellent job coordinating my wall tile, floor tile, grout, and mosaic tile for my bathroom. Then, he handed me over to a very competent gentleman named Dave in plumbing for the remainder of my purchases! I have told everyone about my experience at the Bethel park Lowes!

Customer service was absolutely Horrible! At the end of may we called to have our 'New' washer serviced because the sensors were already broke. Gave us a # of an Appliance Service company to call and fix. They finally called a week later to inform us they did not work on washing Machines any more. Called lowes back and got another number to call another company to come to fix it. They said they were going to call back to schedule service and never did. Again called back on July 6 and was put on line with another company and was told I have to wait until July 18 for service tech!!!! Have been using family members washers for over a month now. Total Garbage!!! Will never be shopping there again...Ever!!
