The one lady tried to talk us out of our ideas, she was very pushy into what we didn't want. Worst experience.
Its great to have such a good jeweler locally. I had my fiancee's ring resized. The price was better than a well known national store and it only took 48hrs for the repair. They did an amazing job, you could not even tell anything had been changed on the ring. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of my ring! I will definitely be coming back here for our bands.
Unique selection, friendly staff and what I liked most is that they did not pressure me at all. I was able to focus on what I was looking for without someone over my shoulder.
Well now that's it's official the customer service was great was alittle picky on what I wanted but the lady did a great job educating me on quality!! And my fiancé loved every bit of the right !!
