Always slow no matter what day or time you go.
I thought i was prepared for our passports, but very far from it. The lady(i think kathy) at the post office was very very nice. She did not have to do what she did for us. Her personality does no fit with postal employees. They need more people like her.

Have tried calling non-stop for an entire morning & I have gotten a busy signal every time I've called. Gave up & worked for about an hour, just tried calling again & am still getting a busy signal. This is extremely frustrating.
