I like the self-serve doggie bath (the dog - not so much). The water is warm, the soap is in the hose and the deck is at torso-height. It saves dog-hair in the drain and a sore back from kneeling by the tub at home.
The entrance off the main road is a little confusing. You can see the sign for the store, but you turn into an entrance that doesn't look like it should be the entrance to Petco.
Really friendly, helpful staff. Clean store with the grooming area, training classes and adoption center.
32 bucks for a collar that was 10 on their own website. Quit trying to catch people sleeping and ripping them off.
This is a nice store & it has ALOT of variety but NOT ENOUGH STORE HELP & one of the employees there said Management won't give them ANY Overtime but expect alot of work to be done hence......the CUSTOMERS SUFFER. I needed assistance bcz I wanted to purchase a cat tree but it was up on a high shelf. They KNEW I needed assistance yet no one came back to help me so they lost a Sale. NOW... I will probably order one from AMAZON & hv it delivered. It's a shame to see a nice store go down hill & NOT STAFFING THE STORE PROPERLY!!!!
I'm not what you'd call a pet enthusiast, but I do love my dog. This store is in a nice strip-mall and the shop is clean & well-lit. I enjoy the people here: they are friendly and helpful.
